At the beginning of this term, we officially launched The Agency. The Agency, a joint venture between Interior Design and Graphic Design, acts as an in-house design firm, pairing students with real-world clients to accomplish real-world design projects. This is a great opportunity to earn design experience while still in school. Eventually, The Agency could grow into a fully-functioning design firm, offering paid positions and internship opportunities to students.
For Students:
Edifice, the Interior Design department in The Agency, needs more Interior Design students to get involved. If you think that this opportunity is for you, then attend our next meeting on Thursday, October 15th at 5:00pm in the lobby.
For Clients:
The Agency is looking for real-world design projects for our students complete. If you have an interior design project that you would like student assistance with, please contact me @ tjohnston@iadtvegas.com

We will be on a guided tour of Taliesin West Buildings, including Frank Lloyd Wright’s (FLW) House, and visit Cosanti, the home and sculpture studio of Paolo Soleri (Earth House), the Arizona Biltmore (FLW inspired design), and the Phoenix Public Library.

Sewing Workshop / 10.17.09 / 9:00 am-12:00 pm
Participants will learn to make decorative pillows. All materials will be included in workshop fee. Seating is limited so register early!
